At Eat Clean Phx, we never put hot food directly into our packaging. Every meal is cooked, then immediately cooled using state-of-the-art equipment designed to bring the food down quickly and safely to about 37°F. This rapid cooling process helps protect freshness, texture, flavor, and most importantly, food safety. Once cooled and packaged, your meals remain temperature controlled until they are delivered to you. While we continue to explore packaging alternatives, food-grade virgin plastic is currently the safest, most reliable, and most cost-effective option for our operation — because it seals properly, protects the food, prevents leaks, and helps keep our meals accessible without compromising quality.
