  • Eat Clean Phx is not responsible for food safety issues resulting from failure to refrigerate or improper storage after delivery.

Storefront Pickup

  • Orders must be picked up during posted business hours.

  • Unclaimed orders may be discarded at our discretion without refund.

4. Catering Services

Catering orders may require:

  • Advance notice

  • Deposit or full prepayment

  • Signed agreement for large events

Cancellations for catering orders may be subject to fees depending on timing and preparation status.

Final headcounts and menu selections must be confirmed by the agreed-upon deadline.

5. Refund & Cancellation Policy

Due to the perishable nature of our products:

  • All food sales are generally final.

  • Refunds may be issued at our discretion in cases of verified error or quality issue.

  • Requests must be submitted within 24 hours of delivery or pickup.

We reserve the right to determine eligibility for refunds.
